HOW DO WE PRODUCE?
We produced Kandiba olive oil by cold-extracting the Memecik type olives, which we grew in our own farm in Selçuk Şirince region of İzmir and harvested with branch shakers without damaging them. Temperature measurements were made at all stages from olive to olive oil, and it was ensured that the dough was kept below 27°C. With this production method, we aimed to keep the vitamins and phenolic components beneficial for health at the highest level.
