Kandiba Mature Harvest Memecik olive oil is produced by cold pressing of Memecik olives grown in the villages of Selçuk Şirince region and harvested without damage with branch shakers. The free fatty acidity value is at most 0.8%.
Kandiba Olive Oil is an olive oil with very low acidity, high amount of polyphenols (nutritive components), produced by cold pressing method from olives picked from a single garden (non-mixed).
It is one of the most common olive varieties in the South Aegean region and one of the most grown in our country. The oil is of high quality and suitable for long-term storage. The tree is a semi-erect and vigorously growing variety. Memecik olive tree is very drought resistant.
